Mame Rom Harddrive trade

a while ago, there was a way to get your harddrive filled with mame and other emus/roms by sending someone your harddrive and they fill it for you, i know there was a waiting list or something like that going on.

i was wondering if anyone knows how i can go about getting this done

Aral was doing this for a while, but he seems to have not posted on this board for quite a while.

There some mame on the hard drive thats being posted around, I don't know how much.
