What card readers will work?

Can anyone tell me if these will work. They are easy to find and seem to be quite cheap in various auctions.

there is no wafer card software that support them .They do not get assigned a comport and as such no good .

Eg fmcard - ggedit - LMEDIT - greywolf will not work with them
