is there any use for an old mcats card that was used for Tarbs world tv?

how do you check? is just a green card that says mcats and its got a tarbs sticker and on the back it has a serial number and when i stick it in my strong it says invalid smart card?

You can do different things with different version cards that’s all. So to answer the question correctly it would help to know.

Will fmcard work reading an MCATS card of MDS encryption. I thought FMCARD was for d3tto cards only.
