    Default What PSI ?

    Have a small electric pump (.5hp) that pumps water from my water tank so I can water my garden. Anyone have any idea wot psi I should have in the pressure tank, as it has none now and want to put pressure in there buit have no idea. The tank is just a small dome tank about 10 -15 cms long, diameter less than 10cm.

    i got 1 about 30x20, i put 20psi in it, thats what the makers say to use.

    I guess it doesn't hold much water then ...... why don't you just pick it up and tip the water on your garden.

    Keep putting air into it until it stops jumping around stop starting.
    When its smooth on/off then you got it.
