Call Foxtel & report what is happening,
maybe they can talk you though the problem on the phone to fix it,
or they will send out a technician to fix it,

hi. i have a new foxtel box on cable and it has a lot of pixelation. Does anyone know of reasons why? i have checked all the connections at the back and they are all stable and not loose. thanks in advance

Sounds like you are losing signal strength if all your connections are ok then you will have to ring Fox.
