hdd img backup/restore

Hi, just wondering what everyone was using to backup and restore a complete hdd. I want to do a backup of my vista install(OEM) and put XP on my lappy but keep the copy for warranty issues. I was told Norton Ghost is good but just want to be sure before I go screwing it up.

I use True Image easy to use & It works great.

Just download the trial version it fully works for a period of time.
