Can someone PM me and bring me up to date with whities ?

I heard the new Supernet 488A receiver works well and keeps the card nice and cool.

    I doubt it....but do a google search i guess.

If you just want to download it then you'll need to read more than this page.

Try the first few pages of the thread.

To revive this thread, these are the options as I see it:

    1. Use a compatible receiver with imbedded Irdeto (these are posted in a separate thread)
    2. Use an Irdeto cam plugged into your CI slot (Humax, Strong etc)
    3. Use a phoenix card reader. As I understand it, this can either be plugged into the serial port of the dreambox, or into a PC with grey wolf running (and network connection running back to the DB).
    4. Use a season card plugged into the CI slot of a Humax or Strong and connected via a BF430 to a PC running grey wolf.

Options 3 and 4 are for those who are into CS activity.

    Any comments, corrections or additions

I heard that a DM running CCcam2.05 as a client and GWM (with AU enabled) as the server will keep a whitey updated without the need for a humax in the mix

hey, i found greywolf 0.863b in another forum. By the numbering it looks like its a later version to 0.71b but the thing is this was posted 30 Dec 2007.

They are similar but the former is GW the latter GWM. Don't let the version numbers fool you.
