they won't be able to provide you photos phill because they dont have stock

Most traders should accept paypal as long as you cover the paypal cost and the USD conversion costs. Around 5%.
If they open a personal paypal account and you pay with paypal funds, there's no fee on either side.

I have 2 guys in china that can inspect and view or checkout the suppliers factory/office in china for a fee.
Depending on location or how busy/urgent you want this done its around $150 to 250USD +
If its too far for them.. many more services like this around you can use.
what happened with these ?
