Default Formatting a HDD for Supernet 800T-PVR

Hey guys - does anyone know anything about how to format a HDD (or the existing had drive) for a Supernet 8000T-PVR?

Got one with issues and suspect it's the HDD, have an identical drive as well and would like to format it for replacement, any help would be GREAT!
