Instructions needed

I have humax 5400z and motorised dish, which is all fine. Recently I purchased
a freecam 2.021 but have no idea how this thing works and having trouble finding insructions, eg; debug, emu, tpscipt. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction. thanks for any help.

I did purchase this cam from a site sponser. Maybe can I ask ,does it work like a logger, reader, writer, if so what is it similar to, so I can get some sort
of idea, I don;t want to damage it by not knowing what i'm doing.Any help at all will be much appreciated. Maybe a PM. thanks again.

I will answer your question for help in simple terms.

It is a conditional access module (CAM) for Irdeto cards.

Austar,selectv,UBI,aurora and a white gamma card should all work in it.

But your Humax already has an inbuilt cam, so now your Humax is capable of having TWO cards plugged in for two different subscriptions.

All I do know is , I can use it for both my optus card, and austar card, [both paid up subs] both in my humax at the same time, but this is a hobby to me
so I thought I could play with it.

Thank guys, I do know it works as a standard cam, it was the goodies menu
that i;m confused about.

The goodies menu is for setting which CA system it will work with. On the freecam's it is via, ird, seca etc. It also has the built in emu which allows you to enter the keys into the cam and not use a card, however emu must be off to use a card in it.

Thanks cwispy, I'm geting the idea now,still a bit to learn yet though.
