    Default wireless dvr

hi im very new to cctv and got asked a question the other day about a 4 camera system with dvr that can be accessed remote, simple i thought till i dug a little deeper and the customer admitted that he does not have his own broadband in his shop he gets his from the centre wireless setup.
is there a dvr with wireless link in it or some other way around it to get him remote monitoring.
    thanks

There are DVR's that support WiFi, but even still you will need to access the centres router and no doubt firewall to configure port forwarding to the DVR. I'm guessing the centre provides WiFi as part of their tennancy?

Many DVR's are not very bandwidth efficie
    nt on the network.
Using a wireless internet link in a shopping centre is a potential issue is it is likely to be bandwidth throttled per user.

    I would consider a 3G modem.
If interested, Naskam can configure and optionally remotely monitor this for you.

Additionally and budget dependant, indigoVision offer a 4 channel IP-CCTV kit comprising 8 encoders and a 1TB NVR for USD$7633
Lets face it, 4 cameras in most shops will only give a wide over view, which is useless so the 8 cameras would be perfect.
Also the bandwidth fro remote viewing is going to be much better than a DVR. About 100Kbps at 6isp and you get real time recording on every camera for about a 2 months in a typical shop environment.
