Editing channel info once saved? - DM500

I have got Imparja saved on my box, but it's got a symbol rate of 6872 instead of 6870, which I think is what is casing the high error rate.

Is there anywhere I can go just to edit this easily without using DreamboxEdit?

I have scanned countless times and it just won't stick on 6870!!

Menu>setup>satellite and transponders>transponder edit - edit/change anything

The high BER is a function of low signal, is it high enough, not SR off by 2, have you manually set the FEC or is it on auto?

TP 12637 Horizontal FEC3/4 SR 6874 don't forget the PID's 1024 ,1025 ,1024

ok, thanks guys. Actually it might be a couple of things
1 - its raining
2 - my dish probably isn't perfectly aligned
3 - it's a small dish anyhow.
