Default Movies Movies Movies.... best commentary

Can any recommend a movie with directors commentary, was more after one that explains the behind the scenes of how its done, as I am finding this very interesting of late.

some of the ones I have watched recently.

Shes The Man, was good comments from cast/director
    Torque , cast/director, good vibe
Wedding Crashers, again, either Cast OR director (this was the most interesting)
Fight Club - was tired only listened to 1/2 of it was good. (cast/director)
have a few more but cant remember of the top of head.

so if anyone has watched one that is worth a rental, please speak up.

edit: any one in the trade, thinking of going back to school, advice wanted

If you feed ducks at a pond, chances are your bound to feed a goose or two without even knowing it.

Contact - There's a few commentaries on the version I have but the good is with the special effects guys. They give a fascinating account of all the SFX in the movie, 90% of which you wouldn't even know was there!

Dark City - Roger Ebert gives a fascinating running essay on the film. Great if you're into film theory.

They're the 2 which come immediately to mind. I must confess that I don't tend to listen to commentaries these days as most of them are pretty dull so I really need a good reason to switch them on.

    Thanks SlickStu...

will check it out. I agree with you most of them are not worth the effort.

One I forgot to mention was Chopper (based on being Australian) it had Chopper reads commentary which was ok, but the directors was better, still not too in-depth but I thought worth a listen..
