Torrent blocking.

Is anyone aware of a certain large ISP who is in the courts blocking torrent useage ? I keep getting a file not found even thought there are plenty of seeder/leechers available ?

As far as I know, the only ones who are blocking would be someone like Dodo.. although there is a new ISP called 'One Broadband' and in their terms and conditions it says this:

"All ONEbroadband plans are provide as web only access plans where data file sharing applications such as Peer 2 Peer, VPN, USENET and other known file sharing data applications are blocked."



So maybe this is just the first wave?
