gst is included in bid amount on almost all auctions

Isn't the real question why do they need to dump stock?
If you look to Rexel, they did it because they were closing.

Are Zylotech also heading down a similar path ?

I would not touch it unless you know there is an alternate support path.

Have a look at their site. in the ASX announcements section, interesting reading there... Could write a screenplay with the amount of corruption, mutiny and power struggles lol.

Be very careful dealing with Grays.

We had an appalling experience with them in relation to non-delivery and a subsequent total refusal to co-operate in an amicable resolution.

Thankfully our credit card provider (Amex) told them to shove it. It pays to belong.

I have heard a number of negative rumours about Grays and I'm inclined to believe them all.
