    Default Streaming to the Internet

Can't find a good link on this subject, so here goes.

I have run Dreamview, which allows me to watch TV within my local network. The program also appears able to act as a server and re-stream at a lower bitrate to the internet. Anyone got this working, or is there another solution ?

Perhaps others can read my post a little more carefully, it has a very specific question. I suspect the problem may be my limited upload speed on my ADSL connection.

I think Decapper is right, you can do all with VLC if i remember right
When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
