Thanks to asidfreak on xsellize here is Tomtom v1.2 with AU 835.2419 map incl TTS, IQ routes, lane assist with junction views etc.

The latest TT for iPhone.



Needs JB iPhone to work.

Seem to be having problems installing the Australia application on iphone through itunes, comes up with unknown error 0xE008001

does anybody have ideas where I could be going wrong.

I'm not too technical on iPhone (do know more about winmobile) but I have a 3gs running 3.1.2 firmware and I followed this to JB the phone:



then used this to install appsync:



after that you can just drag the app into the itunes app library then sync

but will it vocally prompt you if you exceed the speed limit? and warn you when there is a red eye camera?

Thx for the up. Jailbroke my iphone, installed appsync, then downloaded tomtom and dragged it straight into itunes all in less than half an hour. Seems too easy.

App is working great so far, havnt tested it on the road yet but all seems to be working fine. Is even getting gps lock from inside my house. Can't wait to see what this is like with IQ routes.

edit: macosx77, this app appears to include maps aswell as app.

yeah you gota watch out for those red eye cameras, they are really barstards !

The problem was caused by Net.-Local#Number#Format from Cydia. Faces Visual Dialer was also affected.
