why is irdeto showing on my 500c?

i thought optus is nds only.why does the irdeto and nds show as a encryption on the 500c?

The cable network is pretty much a restream of the Sat network.
Optus C1 carries NDS for Fox and IR2 for Arstar. In the good old days a whitey would open up the IR2 on cable and give you FBO and main. Unfortunalely those days are gone but the dual encryption is still there.

Funny thing is it comes and goes. Its almost like someone flicks a switch at Head Office by mistake then someone turns it back on again
