    Default Win 7 padlocks?

I had 2 folders with padlocks on them, I was finally able to remove the padlocks but could not remove the folders?

A box kept popping up telling me I needed permission from blah, blah, blah to delete them ...... I turned off UAC gave myself full permissions over these 2 folders and still couldn't delete them I couldn't even delete them using the admin account??

I booted into XP and deleted them that way.
    Any ideas?

Yeah those padlocks really burn my wick.
My opinion is the os should come with all of that stupid permissions crap off and then let the new user decide on the level of security they want and allow a very simple change.
Getting rid of those padlocks required a lot of research and as you found, it still won't allow full control.
It is a total pain to network windows 7 with XP.

It defiantly is not a virus, Majorgeeks do say that they test each program they put on there site.
The reason it was picked up as a virus is it makes changes to reg and stops processes to get rid of the offending file. just switch your antivirus off temporarily.
