Solution 880 EDM Keypad Doesnt Illuminate

I have and Solution 880 Keypad and the led lights have stopped working. The backlight keys still light up and buttons beep when pressed but you cannot arm / disarm, enter installers code or anything. Any suggestions.

maybe one of the keypad wires sending data is loose or broken

as said check the wiring, if you know how do a continuity test or wire into panel on a short good piece of cable - if still shot try a new keypad
