i had Scam working with Selectv & Ird1 since v2.5..Updated the card fine.. no worries.. very stable.
I'm republishing info from my other thread regarding Scam 3.29a. I can confirm that Scam gets you up and running with both Optus Aurora and Selectv - providing of course that you have the subbies inserted
Perhaps other members can post additional capabilities of this cam, which I for one am very happy with.

How does the satan key bundle work with this Cam ? Any benefits for us here ?
Hillsbya,
I can't get SelecTV to work with SCAM v3.30. Is this the reason you use
v3.29, or is there a config file I need to modify?
Cheers
Cccam works fine for a lot of people.
3.29 works with most Irdeto V2 Cards including 5.4 & Zeta's (well spotted that man, was waiting for this to pop up so now it has [was this a devinci image hangover]) This softcam in the pacific, OZ & NZ has to be one of the best with Fi**TV (Nargra2), Aurora, Select, NC, and the few other networks depending on where you are in the region.

Selectv?
Sure, as long as you don't expect it to card share.
Sorry; had a brain fade. Was using v3.x, which was the last version Gemini would allow me to install.
Manually installed 3.29a, but am farked how you get it to work with a v5.0 SelecTV card, in a DM7000. Cards facing down in the bottom slot, NOT sharing, doesnt work. Works fine in a CAM. Any ideas?
I've heard on another thread that Scam can be used for CS a Sel*ctv card. This might be a quieter thread to post some details (sshh, don't tell z80)
