    Default Please help!

I dicked around with the Display Properties on WINXP on my Samsung Widescreen Syncmaster and shifted display res to highest (1920 x 1080i) in properties and now I cannot register any mouse commands on the screen.

All system files remain, etc. ( I think ) but when I click on any icon – nothing happens. My screen display now has segmented short lines all the way.

PLease help me restore my display properties back to normal.

Please help me enable command registry by allowign icons to be activated when it is clicked by a mouse.

Now I do not see anything.

I have tried a boot disc without success.

OK - i see the window key and can now login.

When I see the login widnow, I see very blurred images of the menu.

I am now able to toggle up down, etc. and enter display.

Now, the display window is to extreme top left and cannot see clearly where the highlighted tabs are.

Can you guide me through the next steps to reach the part where I can change the res back?

    i fixed it. Phew.

THanks for that - It was like I was going blind and needed a helping hand.

This is the very first time in my 25 years of using a computer that I have ever had to use that windows key.

Very much appreciate your help in my time of need.
