Cccam 2.0.0.4 works fine with Aurora for me.

It is simply something in the Cccam.cfg file.

Personally I deleted everything in the cfg file to just have the single newcamd server entry line.

So that proves it's a setting.

My CCcam.cfg is like this

N: 192.168.1.3 6667 dm500s dm500s 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
N: 192.168.1.3 6666 dm500 dm500 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

If my box is 10.1.1.6 would the different IP above have adverse effects with anything?

My LAN is 10.1.1.* based.

Replace the 192.168.1.3 for the box on the 10.1.1.x lan you are using and checkout the port that Newcamd or NewCs is running on and make the changes to the N: line to reflect this

I'm changing...and I take it the number after the IP is the port.

That is because your kiwi card needs more details than the foxtel one does, then depending on the type of sky NDS card you have it may not work anyway.

I can watch both Selectv and Aurora with my subbies installed and scam 3.29a running on Gemini 4.3. Is this only of interest to those with gamma cards, and if so where does one get their hands on one?

the soft cam keys and auto roll here in AUS allow you to watch aurora without a sub card.But once it is all switched to IRD2 then it will not be of any use .

If you are a member of primes,theres a gemini Image made by z80 that had aurora working.
it also contained settengs for an NDS card at the front slot,and gamma on serial port.
just flash dm500s and everthing is done for you.

So some good work has been done by Z80...

I've FTP's all the satan keys to their respective folders on the DM7020, but when I pull out my Aurora subbie the screen freezes within 10-15 secs. Is there anything I need to do to get the keys working, or are they not compatible with Scam 3.29a ?

i just had a look at the latest one 27.02.08 and the reason is due to the fact that C1 ( aurora ) is not in it

Nope, didn't work for me. Overwrote satan softcam and autoroll keys, Chmod to 755, rebooted twice to be sure but no action

How long does it normally take ? With my subbie it only takes 10 secs.

Worked fine for me on 500s (thanks RHCP my other keys went down last week) I use cccam 1.7.1 as I have problems with later versions and Aurora. You are FTPing files to right directory? I am using Iolite at the moment.
