    Default Kyd tk338

    Can the KYD TK338 be connected directly to 12v DC. I know there is an adapter available to plug into a cig lighter socket.
    BUT can I just connect 12v DC directly to the terminals on the rear of the radio?
    I know the battery is 7.2v
    Will it run on 12v.

    Any help is appreciated.
