    Default Cheap GPS

I've bought 3 of these units (off ebay),bike and 2 cars. I cant believe how cheap they are considering you get all the bits with them. They come with Route66,I've made up 2 more memory cards that run Destinator7 and Mio3.3 that I plug in depending on where I'm going for the different features.

    New 3.5", GPS+MAP SirfIII Samsung300MHz~35G+2GB SD card

I know there only 300Mhz but I cant tell the difference between my 400Mhz Cobolt and these in operation.

WinCe 5.0 is a plus. Wots the battery life like? Did it ship with the European maps as well?

U can run them all on the same SD card and use or Windows to navigate

battery life is good enough, car charging lead is always plugged in on the bike or cars ,seem to give about a hours run on full charge on their own.
playing around with GSfinder at the moment, this is more fun than cloning cards.

I think its in the other thread "lost GPS etc",a registry alteration is required and I didn't want to scratch around in the internals.
