    Default Strong srt4653x with problem

    I have a srt4653x that switches off immediately after I switch it on, I tried flashing the firmware with SRT4651AU_132p_20060901.stb and now I have a doorstop! I tried using the USB slot to upgrade, and now I am left scratching my head on how to get it to load as it just keeps switching off. If you have any advice, my ears are open......

    Try using a null modem cable to update to SRT4653X_Software_Softwares_Australasia.stb

    I have a 4568x and have had no problems. However, my Dreamax DT470 does EXACTLY what your saying when I have it hooked up to a motor (12v Dis1.2). Disconnect the motor and all is fine. So, if ya have a motor/actuator on the decoder, try disconnecting.

    Other than that, it does sound like firmware.
