The Instruction manual for the supernet 488A has the original pin as 0000

There is no mention of how to reset the pin if it is lost

I got this from another Thread here at Austech,

but I guess you tried 0000 already ?

Supernet 488, 488a and Space 480 STU's are 0000 as default.

If the pin has been changed try flashing the box with the firmware again. If the box was never updated with the new firmware you could try the updated firmware.
