    Default Issues with Outlook

    Hi all,

Recently I have been receiving error messages when accessing Outlook. It tells me that the connection has failed. I contacted Optus tech support who checked all my settings and they were fine. Tech support suggested it might be an MicroSoft issue. I get full access to the web but not on email. I have reverted back to using Outlook express in the mean time. Any thoughts ??

    Cheers

    outlook is part of office
    reinstall that may fix it
if you dont like the outlook email wizard
    cancel it and go tools-accounts
set email, pop3 setting-smtp setting ect.
    should work

    Hi Phil,

Yes I was going to do that but have misplaced my disc, so will have to put things on hold until I organise another.
