Sup ppl,

Ok I get down to the nitty gritty.

Got a iMac 20' 2.4 GHz core 2 Duo with wireless keyboard (model: mb167ll/a)and wireless mouse.

successfully setup OSX 10.5
successfully installed vista Home Premium OEM 32bit via Apples Boot Camp

Now the problem is that the wireless keyboard "apple mb167ll/a" gives a problem once the "CAPS" button is pressed (problem only in vista ).

So wat it does ill type normally then hit CAPS and there will be a delay for about 30-40 sec then it starts spitting out all the keys, sometimes it it will repeat letters 30 times ina row then contiue with the rest of the sentance.
so switching back and forth is getting very irritating now.

The keyboard works fine with both OSX and vista just the CAPS button problem in vista.

Tried connecting a logitech usb keyboard in vista and NO PROBLEM it worked fine with the caps.

So i think have narrowed it down to vista software problem but dont know what to do to fix.

btw: used the keyboard with passkey encryption on and off still problem.

Apple said the problem can be fixed but "tweaking" needs made to vista software. LOL

Apple say they can solve in less than 1 hr for $130 and M$ say they can give tech support for $80.

I just returned from mac1 store with a second keyboard and still the same prob.

so what could it be? bluetooth software? win update?
OR could be a Boot Camp Issue?
Some one hit me back

Cheers

Nak
