    Perviy kanal Asia on is anybody getting it in the south east ? We used to get Madagascar on same frequency before.

    Looks like it has gone. Not listed on C Band anymore according to Lyngsat.

    Anyway ORT was transmitting message last few months that all broadcasts will be encrypted.

    It has been relisted on Lyngsat. This one is to remain FTA as this is for Russian visitors to Asia according to the channel one website sometime ago. Is anyone able to see this in Australia?

    I can not see anything on my specy and 2.7mt dish here in Perth, its either turned off or on a beam not veiwable here.

    Looking at Lyngsat footprint maps for the beam the russian channel is on B Beam you need atleast 3.6-4.8 metre dish to get it...

    Smile theres alot of earth noise there

    hi there , theres alot of eathnoise at that elevation etc especially in nsw unless your up sky high im told its strong up in katoomba nsw .i remember when pas10 (intelsat10) when it was moving to 68.5east and it tested at 72east and 74east this was to replace the pas4 as they had trouble with the geostationary on pas4 at 68.5east etc. in the past its been trouble but its in the past its been trouble.anyway when pas10 tested at 74east cband on the beam that covers australia etc i was getting discovery bmac espn bmac this was the analog side of pas4 cband and doordershan tv india was around p3 it was watchable but with noise the same with espn and discovery bmac they were watchable p4 strong but with alittle noise when it tested at 72east i couldnt go any lower than 74east at that time ,im wondering if i used a horizon to horizon mount to try to get to 68.5east and i was like not peaked on the elevation would i get anything.thanks hamguy2 nsw .
