    pretty much.. i'm 99.9% certain pc/microsoft keybaords works on the Mac... and I *believe* the mac keyboards works on the PCs.

    just to re-iterate.

    if they are usb they are interchangeable.
    if the mac keyboard is ADB or the pc is ps2. then they aren't interchangeable.

    some keys are different but all the functionality is there.
