Dual LNB
Hi,
Just trying to change as single lnb to a dual lnb, as i am now running a fox box from family and loung room. am i supposed to change the freq before on the box? as my little signal strength thingo is now on zero!!! i have double checked newly run cables & connectors and all seem to be fine?
the set up is from when fox could be acheived free, now i have a box (shared with another subsciber).... all worked fone till i tried to do the dual lnb.
thanks in advance

found the problem, kids had pulled out the cable!
i have changed freq to 10.30 and works ok.
fox box says signal strength ok, but not great (only on the yellow bars, not the green)
is this cause i only have 1 box hooked up to the dual lnb at this stage?
my little signal strength thing is screaming it's tits off saying it's the best i can get? is this normal that the box screen only shows ok strength?
thanks

should show quality too. best quality is what you are after. the Lo frequency on the box is based on what the LNB says. if it is a new dual LNB, it will probably be 10700, or 10.7
