I am an Agnostic so don't believe in either so don't waste my time trying to disprove the existence of something I don't believe exists.
There does appear to be varying definitions of atheism , I have spoken to people who claim the same beliefs as mine , some that don't believe in god but do believe in Satan.
Some that believe in both but choose Satan , some that don't believe in Satan but mock Christianity for believing in god.
For those that believe in Satan which most Atheist profess too , what makes this belief any less ridiculous than people believing in god ?

I have never come across anyone who claims to be an atheist yet believes in the devil.......it kind of follows if you don't believe in one, the other surely can't exist either.

When I explained to the guy what avatar I wanted, that wasn't what I meant!
I was raised as a Catholic but as soon as I was old enough to think for myself
I saw the hypocrisy and realise that its just a fairy story for those that cant face the reality that when your dead thats it ,finished, worm food. Its always amazed me how many of the old and dying seem to hedge their bets and find God at the last minute
Also a handy excuse for priests, must be the Devil made them do it.LOL
PS Found out from my old man that the main reason we had to go to church on Sundays was because it was prime shaging time, always wondered why my deeply religious mother never came with us!!!
