I love British film and TV, and because of this I gave ep 1 of Top Boy a viewing .
Top Boy sounds a little limp wristed too me for a show about London gangs... but I guess Top dog was taken

anyway might want to give it a go.

re : above (my likes for british films/TV)

This one had me in stitches because of a few things, namely 1) its appears loosely scripted, BUT very directed (which is Reality TV for you anyway). and 2) initially I was thinking that these people are really inbred (like someone had p1ssed in the gene pool) all these so important upper's that look as though they are one generation away from brothers and sisters breeding in the looks department. (perhaps I am being a bit harsh)

I mean high society in England to my mind would be just like this. Mega rich, but ultimately pretty ordinary human beings.

Edit: You could probably insert the tune from Painters & Dockers Die Yuppie Die (I think)

I hated it, I wanted to crush all of their skulls with a hammer (I despise people such as this or is it my perception of what they portray that I dislike *ponder*), but gradually towards the end, I accepted it for what it was/is. and perhaps even started to appreciate the characters. I would not use a hammer, but a good punch to the face instead!

This is not for many I don't think but if your looking for something a bit reality *cough cough* tv from 'upper english class' then possibly this might be of interest.

ive got an old TV series that will stretch your memory.

who remembers "The Lost Islands" from the mid 70's ? i remember watching it as a 10yo , and for some reason reminisced about it a couple of months back. looked on ebay and the whole series was for sale , in Isreal !!. took 4 weeks to arrive and now ive seen the whole series. luckily its in english with Isreali subtitles.

Default what tv series are you into?

    Hello Friends,
According to me the best tv series that am into is How I Met Your Mother and is a comedy about Ted (Josh Radnor) and how he fell in love. It all starts when Ted's best friend, Marshall (Jason Segel), drops the bombshell that he's going to propose to his long-time girlfriend, Lily (Alyson Hannigan), a kindergarten teacher. At that moment, Ted realizes that he had better get a move on if he too hopes to find true love. And all this am catching on , Helping him in his quest is Barney (Neil Patrick Harris), a friend with endless, sometimes outrageous opinions, a penchant for suits and a foolproof way to meet women. When Ted meets Robin (Cobie Smulders), he's sure it's love at first sight, but destiny may have something else in store.

Heres one to have a look at, "Outlaw Country" there is only the pilot then they canned it, Don't know why it looked like a good show, the pilot runs for about a hour and a half.
