I am a big TPB fan, I got to meet them last year, and they even signed my "Sunnyvale" hockey jersey for me, really nice guys, and Ricky (Rob Wells) said how blown away they were at how popular TPB are in Australia, I am also a Falling Skies fan who was left hanging at the end of season 2

At the moment I am watching 'West Wing' which is down to the last 6 episodes of the series and is about the time of a fictional US President over his 2 terms of Office.
I dont follow US politics as such but you can see similarities in it and the UK comedy series 'Yes Minister' and 'Yes, Prime Minister' and our own happy Politicians and what goes on.
I have watched many series, one that stands out was called 'Centenial' based on a potted history of the development of the US western area not unlike the film, How the West was Won', both of which had a fantastic cast and played their parts convincingly.
Deep Space Nine, BattleStar Gallactica were good series also but both went off into areas that lost me completely even for fictional side of Science they tried to be.
The worst part is those that move along with a great story and cast but may not be continued further without notice leaving you high and dry.
Up Stairs, Down Stairs was a hit of its day yet I have never seen an episode of Downton Abbey even though its a brilliant show.
I think I have eventually seen every episode of M.A.S.H by now but studiously avoided Seinfeld and I can assure you, not everyone 'Loves Raymond'.
My one and only splurge is to buy the full series (66 disks) of the Agatha Christie mysteries 'Poirot' both because of the acting and the attention to detail of the period settings.
I ran out of being interested in Blood, Guts and Gore after a lifetime of watching war (real and hollywood versions) and historical based films (Sparticus, The Robe, El Cid, The Longest day) over the last 65 years.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!

I like to watch silly stuff. I have enough reality around me already.

Silicon Valley is a killer. I liked the early Big Bang (before the relationship rubbish started) but this is 10^10 times better.

Agents of SHIELD was like a kid show in the beginning but it got darker and more unpredictable later in the first season, so I am shoving that show down my throat(well more the beer and corn chips) from Kodi ATM.

There are few shows that I can claim to have seen every episode.
All of the Star Trek variants
Doctor Who - from the very start
Edit: I nearly forgot : Red Dwarf

    Notice a theme........

Interestingly enough I also enjoyed Black Adder but could never get into Mr Bean
    /Edit

They all seem to "trail off" with provision to be re-visited if necessary

and Dexter, which, despite the language, was not a bad series.

    WARNING: Dexter Spoiler

It, too, gives the option of a follow up.

Just thought of a couple more that should have continued, but didn't,
    Firefly and Terra Nova.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Firefly was good. The creator Joss Whedon once said that reality TV killed science fiction.

    The Blacklist.
    Person of Interest.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
