Watched Generation Kill the other week. I was really surprised by it. I didn't expect to enjoy it at all, but it was absolutely brilliant.

Seen a couple episodes of Lucky Louie. Has been pretty funny so far.

    Cheers.

    edit:
Imdb rating 6.2/10 Users: (33 votes)

is ummm, truly fascinating (I can't figure out why) perhaps because I have never met/known anyone like this

Too be fair, I am sure in every pocket of the world, they would be 'folk' like this... no disrespect, just not what I have experienced in life.

    I'm watching at the moment.

This is a contiuation of the miniseries from 2008, so you really need to watch that first before starting the tv series to get a better understanding of the elements in the tv series.

I watched a couple of episodes of Generation Kill when it was on and thought it was great too. What got me was the attempt at realism and less of the "Hollywood Blockbuster" mindset in its production.

speaking of DVD sets (floating around).

    enough rope.

great interviews, great quote celebs un quote + cough. really terrific viewing. Second only to Parky as a really good interviewer (some people hate him), I have many of his shows still sitting on 7020.... must rip them off one day.

edit: and perhaps Inside the Actors studio.... James lipton falls into top interviewers. (different style)
