I was reading something about Annex M which provides faster upload but I cant remember the speed. I think Internode offer it.
I've rang a couple of ISP's & the fastest upload service that they can provide me with is, they say up to 1mb upload speed.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a faster than 1mb upload ADSL+ service & who is providing it.
Thanks

I get between 1mb and 3mb upload using NextG wireless.

It might be worth a search over at Whirlpool to see who else does it. I know Aanet are trialling it at the moment but I dont know who else.
ADSL2+ data rates can be as high as 24 Mbit/s downstream and up to 3.5 Mbit/s upstream depending on the distance from the DSLAM to your home. Line quality will also distort these figures.
Speed is only a guide, you have to remember, if you live in an area where your provider is highly populated then your bandwidth is shared amongst all users in that exchange.
You may be better off looking at SHDSL service which have upto a 4mb/4mb connection (and not as populated as ADSL services), the only downside is you cannot run a traditional POTS on the same line as it uses the entire bandwidth of the copper pair.

iiNet is offering Annex M on their business plans. See if your exchange has their ports available.
i know its no good for you but my isp upload are pretty quick uploaded a 120 meg file to megupload last week and took a total of 25 secs
IF IT DONT WORK USE A BIGGER HAMMER
why would you want to upload?
good way of getting in shite imho
Lots of legit reasons to need higher upstream pipes !! Not everyone is a super duper movie torrent feeder.why would you want to upload?
As IntelliGeorge said, you may need to look at SHDSL / Business grade feeds.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy...
