Will iGO8 work with Golf Guru 4
Hi,
I have a golf Guru 4 gps unit and was wondering if it was possible to run Igo8 software with this unit ?
The guru 4 has an SD card slot and the manufacturer has available from USA RoadNav software for usa/canada maps.
I'm in NSW and I know there is software available from the local distributor, but if possible, I'd like to avoid the $150 purchase price for their version of Aust road nav software... How can I check to make sure that Igo8 will be compatible with my guru 4 gps unit ? Has anyone else installed this (with success)
The software listed on the Aust distributors website mentions 'navevo' road nav... whatever that means...
Am I barking up the wrong tree here ?
Is this do-able ?

iGO8 works fine with golf guru 4 gps
Downloaded and installed iGO8 (nervously) and it works fine.
No problems at all.
I couldn't believe how easy the whole process was...
Just a matter of learning how to use it now...
