    Default 360 4 rings flashing

Hi all, got an odd one here...

trying to fix a mates 3ROD today, so i do the x-clamp replacement, overheat, let it cool then swith it on...now i get 4 flashing lights, but not the same as an AV error. with an AV error the 4 lights blink in unison, what im getting is all the lights are on, but the top 2 flash orange and red...and vice versa on the bottom lights...anyone have any ideas?

btw, i have tried another av cable and power brick but nothing

sounds like you've shorted a SMD component under the GPU heatsink!

in other words, screwed down too tightly and the heatsink is shorting on a component.
