    Default Newcs for new Orange Card (e1)

    A modified NEWCS for the new orange card.
    FOR e1 only.

    Tested ok on 096c (client used: cccam 2.1.4).

    Special config:
    <mhz>550</mhz> (internal dm518 reader)
    <boxkey>12345678</boxkey> For new boxkeys, just remove last number of box serial then convert to HEX.
