Mio C220 MAPS

hello again, i have got my dads mio c220 gps and he wishes to update the map on it,, the maps on it are .... Australia R14 Sensis ( 070903) and basemap NIMA VMAP0 ( 060811) and the Mio Map program version is v3.3 OCT 4 2007.... i dont know what map it is or what maps the gps can take at the moment it has road maps on it and we wish to update that and we would like to know if we can load offroad (4x4) maps that are available for it... thanks for any help u can supply....

is your Mio unlocked? there is new sensis R17 map....if your mio is unlocked you can install oziexplorer and usr hema maps(offroad map)

i dont know if it is locked or not asfar as i know it was brought brand new from shop.... where do i find the 2010 maps for this... and how do i update the maps on the mio c220...
