Default 15" Laptop screen from Compaq N1000v

    Hi guys

I have a screen from my old lappy for sale.

The lappy wouldn't boot so I ripped out the HDD and the LCD screen so I don't really know if it works or not (it did work perfectly before the lappy decided to chuck it in, no dead pixels, no major scratches, etc).

    Make me an offer

Does it still have the outer plastic case/lid around it ? if so is the plastic uncracked and good condition ? as i have a 1020v with cracked plastic around the screen i would like to fix up.

Do you have the whole dead laptop ? does it have a burner ?

    Cheers.

Yeah, it still has the frame around the LCD. It looks like it's in perfect condition. I'll try and post some pics if you like.

I do have the burner, but was going to use it myself. The rest of it went in the bin a couple of weeks ago

Yes, but I am using that myself for a project. Looking at building a MP3 jukebox

well my laptop is an N1020V so i dont know 100% if it will fit ?
and you cannot guarantee it works ?
I suppose it might be worth a gamble.
Ohh yeah, any cracks on the other side of the plastic casing near the hinge sections ?

    I will bid $15 + $10 postage = $25.

    Cheers.

    Thanks for the offer magic7.

I will close this tomorrow night at 8:30pm (EDST) so unless I get a higher one, it's yours!

PS - not sure if the system time (ie. austech servers time) is working properly yet but will check back at the actual time and post the winner! On my browser, it's 11 hours ahead!
