Default Problem with my Xbox (non-360): CD Tray does not slide out well.

My Xbox (original phat non-360 one) has developed a small problem where I press the eject disc button and because the CD tray seems like it is not aligned properly, the CD tray does not come out even though it tries to. The only way for me to make the CD tray come out is to use a credit card, slide it under the tray (while the tray is still inside) and drag it out. There used to be no CD tray eject/insert problems but I probably hit the CD tray too hard or something.

Is this easy to fix and how? My PS2 (original phat) has the same problem, .

otherwise if your too lazy to do what Oz said give it a tap from the top when tryin to eject & you will find it will eject. And maybe keep a disk in there, they seem to eject better with one in(less magnetivity to the spindle)

Open it up and clean out the dust and crap accumulated in there then use a little vaseline to lube the gear track etc .
