iphone apps that dont open.......

I think I have found the correct solution. After deciding to actually pay for an app ($15.00 - Navionics, GPS Map for fishing) it didn't open, normally I wouldn't be too woried but as it actually cost me I sorta got obsessed and wanted to get it going.

I tried the reset etc as per many threads around but found 1 thread that stated it was an authorisation issue - and that person was correct.

Try this next time an app doesn't open

sync your phone on itunes, de-authorise it, re sync and accept the message that some applications will be removed, authorise your phone again then re-sync again. As you have already sync'ed your phone, you will see the apps are re-installed with the new authorisation, and will work.

I believe that some apps require to be authorised and if the authorisation isn't done correctly at the time of installation - the app will start to open then close as the phone wont allow it to run.

this fixed the 4 apps that never worked
