help!! Tevion gps-4301, can not be recognised by ActiveSync

I got the tevion gps-4301 years ago, now I want to try to connect to PC with ActiveSync(4.2,4.5) but unsuccessfully. I have tried different PCs and cable but it won't recognise the GPS.

Do I missing something? any help will be appreciated.

Does your tevion work at all?
Did you do any changes to the registry?
Do you have the right USB cable, some are only for
hard drives or cameras and dont work on mobile devices.
Can you connect anything else via active sync?
Have you got firewall installed, if so you have to allow
the connection to active sync.
Maybe your antivirus is blocking the connection?
Finally, are you using windows XP?
