Optus now charging for Internet security

So I got my monthly account from Optus and whamo... $6.32 charge per month for using their previously FREE supplied anti virus protection. So I called them up and said when did this happen? The Customer service lady said it started 2 months ago.... Where was my notification????? No response.

geeze i knew this 14 months ago when I tried their crappy F-secure suit so i think the operator had a lend of you when this started as I was notified last year.

Better heck your spam folder from them next time you log on, their email message might have been caught up in it knowing them dumb asses.
