Is your voip light on?
Have you checked your Codec Preference's ?
You can get to it by clicking on the
"Phone1" or
"Phone2" depaning on that port your using on the "Status page"
this is the settings that have been in my one for 2 years
Don't use G.729 in priority 1 there is a bug with these routers and that codec
While in there check your "Login Account Configuration" settings

Authentication Username:

Authentication Password:
password
Confirm Password:
password
Display Name:
pennytel number
when you ring your home phone with your pennytel let it go for a couple of mins, I noticed a couple of time I have rang someone and I didn't get a ring tone but they answered the phone weird
I don't know if this will help but fingers crossed
