mio c720 configuration

Hi
I got Mio c720 gps and the device is empty...
how do i install igo/miomap or any other sofware?
the device is loading and i can use the photos viewer and check settings and all the other options except the MIOMAP icon wich doing nothing (cause there is no navigation software.
I tried to install igo/miomap by copying to the device and the sd card but nothing works.
i cant see any sys.ini file on the device like it says in all the guides here..

the device has two folders:
[LocalRecord] - empty
[Program Files] -
[Setting] -
system.ini - not a text file.

SETTINGS.DAT - not a text file

can anyone help me?

I dont actually have mio but if you accidentally deleted the files you need to run mio pocket then from there you can install other navi program...
