This was done in a virtualised OSX 10.5.7
[edit]btw 10.6.2 looks exactly the same
Hey guys,
Currently I have quite an interesting project going on; I am creating a device that will kill the iPad...kind of.
It will be a Mac tablet made out of a PowerBook G4 with 1.5ghz proccessor, 1.25GB of RAM, 80gb HD and of course a touch screen; all specs that are far better than the iPad. Not too mention USB, firewire, 12" screen, audio ports etc etc.
Basically at the moment I am trying to work out which the best OSX would be to run; it is currently using 10.4 Tiger quite well and I cannot use 10.6 as it can only be used with Intel Macs..
So I have to choose from the current OS and Leopard.
I have a few issues with 10.4:
- On Screen Keyboard is too small to use and has issues with capital letters etc
- Isn't as aesthetically pleasing as 10.5
- Has 300 features less than 10.5
Basically; I was wondering if anyone could post a screenshot of the Leopard on screen keyboard fully maximized (found in the language option in preferences) so that I can see exactly if it is worth upgrading. 10.4 is obviously faster and more stable at the moment but I want this project to work well.
Any help would be great as I can't find any info/screengrabs of the Leopard keyboard!
Cheers.

Thanks you so so much mate!
Is that it fully maximised? Darnn
Does anyone know of any applications that reflect the design of the iPhone OS or any other app that presents the keyboard in a bigger size?
Thanks once again thebranded.
yep fully maxed, i can resize the screen but the keyboard stays the same size.
Just realised 10.6.2 you can resize the keyboard to any size, did not have that option in 10.5
im not familar with OSx software, just started playing with it.
yep below is from 10.6.2 in vmware, the cpu specs are not my PC, just what was emulated
