don't know what your budget is, but dm800 is good value for money atm for about $350
To all the gurus that have been trying HD DVB-S Set top boxes:
I am after a Sat Receiver that is able to view HD channels (in HD) and run CCcam & NewCS.
Which unit is best value for money? and available locally with plenty of support?
Thanks in advance
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear

Another box which is good that can run CCcam & Newcs is Azbox. There are 3 models in Azbox they are Elite,Premium,Premium+...Elite is the cheapest of all & all the three accept twin tuner.... Prices range from $300 to $500 depending on the model & no. of tuners....

Thank you gents for your input.
How would you rate these boxes compared to each other in terms of picture quality and price?
DM800 HD
Azbox Elite
UltraPlus 980 HD

The Azbox Elite is now the Ultra. Pic quality and price on all boxes is pretty good. The Azbox Ultra has does seem to have blindscanning and high bit rate HD channel issues from what I've read but I'm confident a firmware issue will address that shortly. There are other Azbox fw quirks.
UltraPlus 980HD is the same as the Octagon SF1008 for all intentional purposes. Blindscan is very fast and can FTP to it etc like the DM800. People have bought Occy918's in the past for a reason and will continue to buy Octagons for the same reason into the future.
